| Newly re-formed and ready to rock your world, the ToneKings are back w/ a big barrel assault. While the band has been around for many years, it was revamped this year to include Ray on Lead Vocals, Skip/lead guitar/vocals, JMac/Bass/vocals, Lee -lead guitar/vocals, & Bill/drums. JMac had been playing in various Texas bands and happened upon Skip, the founder. Lee, also from Texas, has been a figure in the N. Houston music scene for many years - “We set out on creating something the Lake Conroe /North Houston area has needed for a while; a high energy group in the vein of progressive electric blues, classic rock, and blues-rock fusion, further expanding the musical boundries, that will keep you moving or dancing, until the last note. We are always looking & in search of new royal subjects, to be added to the ToneKing court” The diverse background that each player brings to the band creates an experience for all in attendance. With riveting guitar riffs, earth thumping bass licks, perfect pitch vocals and drum beats to get you off your feet, no one will be left sitting by the time these guys get done. Musical varieties from classic rock / modern rock, blues and blues-fusion, power-pop...and even experimental. What ever your preference, we've got you covered.
